SURPRISE!

Kansas City emo honey’s Counterculture have brand spankin’ new music, and it’s here! Having gone silent for a while in way of shows, Counterculture took the off-time to put in work on their new EP, I Think You Didn’t. The six track piece of work carries all the angst we’ve grown to love and expect from Counterculture, but with a slightly more grown up sound.

The subject matter has matured, naturally, as well as the production, as we saw in their first single, “Poptart”. The whole album follows suit. Running rampant with vocal harmonies, mathy guitar lines, and peppy drums, I Think You Didn’t is exactly what we wanted from the new Counterculture.
