Wasting no time, Kansas City metal quartet Snakehound hits the ground running on “Guillotine Del Toro”.

The whole band chimes in at once, right at the start of the track to set the expectation that they’re here to be heard, and not ignored. Commanding screams remain at the forefront of the song as driving guitar keeps you on track and unable to turn attention away from “Guillotine Del Toro”.

The nearly four-minute track is composed of movement, keeping it interesting. Just as you get comfortable with the track, it shifts; changes to a new format without giving you time to breathe.

Snakehound has three Kansas City shows on the calendar, catch them March 21 at the RINO, April 7 at the Riot Room, and/or April 13 at Records With Meritt.
